I noticed an infomercial for that Waterjet Quick Link and requested the merchandise sometime last month. Our charge card hasn't been charged. The deal was managed by a computerized telephone program for that purchase. I had been known www.customerstatus.com to tract my purchase. After I visited this site, it mentioned that it required from 24 to 48-hours for that order to publish. After I looked over the web site again, it didn't have a contact address or a telephone number for customer support. Our purchase have been backordered to 9/20/09. Today after I visit www.customerstatus.com, my purchase continues to be backordered to 10/08. I'd initially desired to alter the order; when I had been not able to contact the organization, I needed to stop the order, but there's no method to do this. Our charge card hasn't yet been charged. After I requested the merchandise within the telephone, the different 'add ons' included up to whole quantity of $99.00. The S&H has ended $23.00. Personally I think that not having the ability to contact the organization comprises illegal business methods. Them was initially marketed for $19.95 plus S&H. The charge card business can't support me since the purchase hasn't yet been charged to my bill. I will just wish that after of course if the merchandise is shipped, I will reject shipping and also have the merchandise returned, then available a challenge with my charge card business.
