Imagery and Stories Wedding photography used my credit card for his flight to Jamaica and won't refund!

Don't fall for the "great prices" of Imagery and Stories!
I have been having a problem with Darrin (Jessie) Small ever since hiring him for my Annual Convention in Scottsdale this past June. I had hired him for the convention and had begun paperwork to hire him for my wedding in December. I am now cancelling my wedding contract with him for my December wedding and he has dropped out of sight when I asked him to refund my money. He had contacted me asking to use my credit card to purchase a flight to Jamaica in exchange for him lowering the total price, which I reluctantly agreed to and shouldnt have. I have therefore now paid for my entire wedding photography contract price which he does not seem interested in refunding, not even the portion that the contract stipulates or the $100 surplus in the airline ticket price that he said he would refund to me months ago. He also hired out the majority of my convention to other photographers and didnt show up until the last day of the event, and when he was there I was constantly trying to find him and get him in the right place even though advance timelines and instructions were given to him. His subcontractors then began calling me for their payment even though I had paid him directly for the whole job; I guess he was just remiss in telling them the full arrangement and he was late in getting their payments to them. They have stopped calling me now, so I presume he finally did take care of them, but it has been a constant struggle trying to get a straight answer on when and where the materials are that he says were already sent; even leading up to the convention there was much confusion in getting the logistics arranged, and his subcontractors called me in frustration trying to know when and where they needed to be.in the end, the photos were incomplete and were just not good photos either. Now that he is avoiding my communications about refunding my money for December I am having to take matters one step further in retrieving my money.
