Vantage Point Enterprises, LLC engaged in practices including falsified documentation to support their invoices to my company, holding data and information which was not theirs (and plainly a breach of their contract) until their "padded" invoices were paid. They can't or refuse to provide documentation of their actual services rendered. They threaten to pursue alternative means of collecting on said falsified invoices if they are not paid in full. They aren't registered as a foreign corporation in states they do business in. They make claims of results from other clients which they can't substantiate.
