Oneil consulting, jdt and assoc this company called me saying they can lower my intrest rates on my credit cards, once i allowed them to bill my card for thier services i didnt recieve any of my paper work Casselberry

First financial advocates inc contacted me saying they could lower my intrest rates on my credit cards, once they had my card number and billed my card for thier services i didnt recieve any of there paper work. I contacted customer service and i recieved a reply from thomas oneil from jdt and assoc, a differnt company! He said im sorry please go to our web site and download our packet. I replied and said your "im sorry isnt good enough" i then looked up on the net thier phone number 1-800-817-6520 and found a few complaints on that number and also that that number was also for oneil consulting who sells debt software. I also looked up thoman oneils name and found it all over the net as a rip off associated with several differnt company names! Beware this company is a fraud! I called there 1-800 number several times during buisness hours and the recording told me to please call back during buisness hours my guess is they have ripped off so many people that they wont answer there phone!!! If you google that 1800-817-6520 number you will see several complaints come up and also look up thomas oneil that names is all over as a rip off under quite a few differnt company names. Looks to me like that have to continually change there name because of the complaints they get
