I was checking my on line checking account when I noticed a $19.95 charge from Valu Plus. I went back 2 more months and found I had charges for those months as well. I have heard of Value Pak that comes free in the mail, but never VALU PLUS.
I don't know how they got my account number. We are disabled seniors living on a fixed income. Every penny counts to us. We would never pay for such a service because we rarely go out. We want this to stop and we want to be reimbursed $59.85 for the 3 months they debited our account.
