Scamed by totallyice.com - Drop Shipping

Totallyice.com / Totally Ice International has scamed me and my customers! I was doing business with totallyice.com for a few months, bringing in quite a few customers. I used their drop ship program, and the first month everything went pretty good, but after that the company started not shipping orders, shipping wrong orders, and never returning my emails or phone calls. I turned them in to BBB.org and totallyice.com told BBB "From totallyice legal department: totallyice international d/b/a totallyice, totallyice.com, totallyice international, et al. Has filed for bankruptcy protection in Tennessee, Florida, and New York" Well if they filed bankruptcy why could that not tell me and stop taking my orders and money if they are not going to send out orders??? I have lost out on hundreds of dollars because of this company and also put my company to shame because they are not a reliable supplier.
