I hired this company Telstar Investigation Inc to find information on my exboyfriend because he took my car I bought us and disappeared. The owner I talked to was nice in the begining, then he pawned me off to this young girl which she was also nice. I met her at my job she collected $600 cash from me so they can get the information I needed. But she went on vacation and I was dealing with this young boy which made me feel as if I was the criminal instead of the victim. He was rude and cocky acting. They shouldn't treat their customers like this. The customer service was great in the begining but that was because they wanted my money. When the girl got back from vacation she called me back to check on how things were going I was furious! I still didn't get the information I paid for. They had the nerve to tell me I need to pay $500 more. I said for what? If you are smart you will not call this company at all, they don't treat their customers right and they accussed me of things I didn't do and then they said I owe them more money. This is insane! I have never been treated they way they have treated me. I lost $600 for nothing and I am not paying them a dime more.
