Charged Twice! - Dust Ruffle, Valance and Shams

I ordered a dustruffle before Christmas. It was not a custom order and should have been shipped fairly quickly. We have yet to receive the order and they charged my card twice! I was really looking forward to matching the dustruffle to a quilt my mother made for me! Boo Hiss Linens 4 You!
