Kandy Kidz Dba Paragon Ventures ripoff refusing to refund my 4000.00 after 3 months / unable to deliver equipment the business that doesnt give a dam

On march 14 a purchase order and contract was signed with paragon ventures for 10 vending machines for exactly 4000.00.

After 54 days on may 5., i asked the company about my products. I didn't like they way they were ignoring me and there constant false promises., so as per the contract i asked them for a refund via a written certified letter. I made 4 written request. It has been 86 days now. They ignore me and are starting to get belligerent.

I contacted the attorney general. And they told het that they already refunded my money. And they even sent a copy of the check as proof. This was just a big lie to get the attorney general off their backs. Now it takes the AG 6 weeks to reopen the case. The wheels of justice go slow.

Lonnie fickelstein is the man. His wife is peggy. I am from india and my name is difficult to pronounce. They butchered my name and even referred to me as a terroist.

Lonnie fickelstein said he has been in this business a long time and while idiots like me sleep at night he thinks of ways to screw us (the consumers). I mean legally screw us. He even said that is why god made lawyers.

I am frightened in dealing with this character. Please help. 4000.00 is a lot of money. This was a business oppertunity and i was stupid in getting involved.

It is because the economy is bad for me and when you have a low self esteem. People like lonnie fickelstein can really trap you.
