Poor customer service

I've State Farm Homeowner insurance on my house. We set it-up and use it the marketplace whenever a toilet-water point rush. It got 3 months prior to the State Park Initial fix group completed the repairs while I extended spending mortgage repayments... The home wasn't habitable, however State Park will not protect the mortgage payments in the period it had been uninhabitable (removed the marketplace). Greg Lopeman, my broker, never named ONCE to confirm the position. I'm compelled to document case against them to recuperate missing utilization of the home. They've no customer support and avoid assisting a person who had been faithful for a long time. Also bad. They have dropped another client!
