Scam ripoff invoice toner, Ohio

I got an invoice from these people for the exact same amount as the other user with the exact same verbage.
After a search I came across his report of "We received an invoice for $842.20 from a company in California. We have never heard of National Distribution Co and most certainly do not purchase ink cartridges outside of our home state. After calling the phone number on the invoice (909-231-0709) we only got a message saying the voice mail box was full." That's the same thing my business got.
I did a search on the address listed for the company and came up with this information:

I called both numbers and got what feels like the voicemail of a one man operation maybe two. It seemed very amatuer and unbusiness-like.
I then went to the website and got yet another phone number
(877-914-2500) and tried calling them. A guy answered and this was the conversation:
Guy: "hello? *sounds confused*"
Me: "hi, who am I talking to?"
Guy: "who's calling?"
Me: "is this a business?"
Guy: "*long pause sounding confused* yes... Which business are you calling about?"
Me: "First Class Business Services"
Guy: "umm yea what can I help you with sir" (still sounds totally shocked and confused)
Me: "thank you for your time" and I hung up.
Further searching at google maps shows a listing of businesses for that address and neither of these two are listed.
