Dont trust paul lambert at latitude 9 real estate in manuel antonio costa rica—they took my deposit on los altos condos and said i could get my money back if i didnt get financing at one point over us prime. I didnt get financing at that rate and they refuse to give me my money back. Paul lambert pretends to be religious and even signs his emails with "god bless" do not trust him.
