WORST vETERINARY EVER Langhorne

My cat had some strange symptoms the other morning and seemed to be in a lot of pain so I decided to take her to the Emergency Vet. We got there early in the morning and saw the Veterinary Doctor she recommended that we leave the cat so that a surgeon and radiologist could see her the next morning. We ask how much all of this was going to cost she put together an estimate. It was a lot of money but she highly recommended it and in fact gave us no other options her comment was "we don't want to just send her home with pain killers not knowing what is really wrong", so we left her.

The next day I waited all morning for a call since the doctor had said we would have an answer in the morning. At noon I called and was told there was no answers yet. I waite a couple more hours and tried again, no news. When I got home my normal vet had called and ask how the cat was so I called them and explained I didn't know how she was cause I could not get an answer so they called and got nothing. About 4pm I tried again and still could find out nothing. Now not only had morning passed but we were well on our way to evening. Finally at 5:35pm I get a call that I can call them back and set up an appointment to get her discharged so I did. I was told it would be later before she could go I said no I am here now so a rather snippy lady told me "you will have to wait". I had been waiting all day!

After waiting about an hour I was called and presented with a bill for almost $200 more than the highest estimate that I was given.in looking over the bill not one thing was on the bill that the doctor did not talk about the day before so my question is why so much more money? When i ask the receptionist said that an estimate can be up to 15% less than the actual bill did not tell me why just that it was. After some arguing she did reduce it a bit but it was still $698 on an estimate of $576 to $610. To add further insult to injury they sent my cat home with pain killers and NO DIAGNOSES which was the exact thing the first doctor said she did not want to do and why we should leave her there.

This place screwed me and I want everybody to know. They are a scam and work peoples emotions to gouge them.
