False Advertising and misrepresentation of salary Hayden, Idaho

I have finally passed my 6 months with Werner. However, I am now more the wiser. I got my last pay statement and it is $0 for 7 days of driving. My net pay since the first of the year is $2,391. Low miles and now on sliding scale starting @ $15 cents/mile for deadhead up to 23 cents has revealed I cannot continue with this company. I had to sell my personal firearm a few months back to pay bills. I recently had my cell phone disconnected due to the continued lack of sufficient wages. I have never been so frustrated and angry at a company that continually prides its self as the best in the business. They mislead you into believing that their drivers can make a decent wage to support your family through their computer based training entitled, "Operations." Nothing could be further from the truth. Werner is a company dedicated to hiring new students and placing them on a trainers truck for 375 hours a wage starting at $275/week to $375/week. Once they have completed their training the newbie is given low miles and. 26 cents/mile instead of the $. 34 cents sent in their brochures to save money for the company. This process leaves the driver with a sense of being misled. It is all about profitability and using the driver as a pawn not an asset. There is little or no support for the driver. I am flat broke, with no cell phone, no home, and no place to go. I am homeless...
