If you are looking to hire a legal service for a custody battle choose a firm with more experience.
I paid the retainer and $1,500.00 plus a $200.00 payment. Bowen Law Group wanted the full remainder BEFORE we went to trial. I did not have $11K, so they filed a motion to withdraw from the case.
I hired one attorney from the firm however, she did not feel like she had enough experience to handle the case. I had to sign a form to accept another partner in the firm. (In this case it was her husband who was also an attorney.
It turns out he did not have enough experience either.
I strongly recommend anyone seeking legal counsel in Denton County to use another attorney.
