Bad customer service

I purchased sneakers from Finish-Line and also the worker in the shop joined the wrong delivery zipcode. Although monitoring my bundle I came across the mistake. I approached their customer support and was ostensibly told I had been from fortune. They might do-nothing for me personally since in had been in-transit. She stated that she couldn't contact advantages which I really could not talk to a boss. Advantages explained that Finish-Line will have to contact having a intercept purchase but Finish-Line currently explained they wouldn't contact advantages and they wouldn't forward my criticism, issue, or concern to some boss. DON'T purchase out of this organization.
