Bad service

I bought a room and family room arranged including a bed occur the Brooklyn Park shop. I settled 1400.00 that evening. While my furniture was shipped 2 nights later the bed was cut about the finish. I'd to keep calling to discover about obtaining a new one. They did deliver me out another one also it was cut the identical whilst the first one. No body bothered to contact and inform me something are to I would like to understand what would be achieved. I, the client, needed to keep calling myself. I had been informed that my new bed was to become shipped yesterday. Below it's Valentines Day but still no bed, and yet they've previously gotten my income. Should you plan to store as of this shop please do yourself a benefit and DON'T! There do not know what customer support is!!
