Our purchase from Hearthside was shipped badly broken. It got more than 2 WEEKS to get a functional alternative that they're today attempting to cost people for twice. I've invested a lot of time calling, contacting, etc. With hardly any reaction and simply no apology from anybody. A few of the toughest customer support of any organization I Have ever handled. So far as I am worried, they ought to credit the whole purchase for that trouble and trouble it's caused all of US!
