Is a malicious ripoff!

Cbeyond offers land lines, blackberry service, web hosting, secure backup and file share, email, voice mail, etc. We have had Cbeyond for over a year now and not one service provided by Cbeyond has functioned as promised. The best part is that they make you sign an agreement that states you will pay no matter what for three years should you cancel service. Stupid on my part for signing no question.

I cannot leave now without placing the company in jeopardy and I can't stay because of the lack of service provided. For instance, our phones are on an automated attendant which customers can press zero to go to a live operator if it is after business hours. Well Cbeyond deleted the forwarding number so that when an emergency came in the caller was sent back to the beginning greeting.

We lost our biggest customer and Cbeyonds' response was "well you must have deleted the number yourself". I have the only login to change the settings and I was on vacation at the time. Things of this nature have been going on since the beginning and all they say is well you should go on the website and open a service ticket, that's the best way to resolve an issue.

Well you open a service ticket and a month goes by and then you'll receive an email that says the issue has been resolved. Nothing ever gets resolved!!! It's a total scam and they are preying upon dumb people like myself that sign ridiculous agreements without reading the fine print. Do yourself a favor and never sign an agreement with Cbeyond, just go straight to bankruptcy court!
