False advertisement no customer service

I've been outlined about the healthgrades.com site and also have NO idea how my title got on the webpage!

I've never registered their site or do I would like to join their website, however they have me shown as their associate along with a health provider.

I've also created three times in 3 months as well as e mailed their press link. I've not seen something back.

DON'T trust these folks! It's unknown where they obtain data from.
