Beware

I employed Co Casa Agents to handle my home while I had been outofstate. These were great about gathering the lease, but evidently which was all-they believed they'd to complete. After I delivered all of the gardening was lifeless and also the weeds were waist high. The tenant had transferred out 20 times earlier, however they had only began washing the home. I expected them to show the safety deposit and dog deposit over and so I might restore the home, however they stated that officially they might not do this. Four weeks later I discovered they hadn't gathered the remains and there is no cash open to restore the problems. The only real moment they react to me or do something is after I threaten to consider them to judge. All-they worry about is gathering their administration charge and maintaining tenants content. Homeowners beware!!!
