In late 1999 I filed for assistance with the FOC to obtain child support from my daughters biological father. Here we are in 2009 and my daughter has received 6 months of child support since her birth in 1999!!!

We have received court documents stating that there has been bench warrants, I think there have been 5 or 6 by now, for his arrest... Hmmmm but no arrests yet! Why is this?

I would love to know why it is that there are other state that will arrest a man after just a month of non payment and others (MICHIGAN) that will wait TEN years!!! This is the most assanign process that i have EVER had to go through in my life!

How ever for me to get this man completely out of my childs life I have to pick up the bill and pay for an adoption (so that he no longer HAS to pay)!! He has NEVER seen her nor heard her voice! He only knows that she is alive because of the court papers! I gave him 2 years to attempt to have a relationship with his daughter... NEVER NOT ONCE did he attempt!

The FOC knows ALL of this information and still say that there is nothing that they can do to help me and my daughter out of this fantastically HORRIBLE process...

Now, it is an annoyance to receive paper work from the FOC... It is all bark and no bite as far as I am concerned...
