I used them about 6-months to Authenticated an LV bag I sold on Ebay. No problems. This time I sent the $20.00 NOTHING!!! No reply to emails. Phone# disconnected!!! They are in hot water and have got themselves so far under... They cannot catch up!!! Do notttttt send them any $
