They got me of $300 saying i won money and they need to release it as soon as possibel send $20 fee but continue to send it

I keep recieving letters saying i won but befor release of check i need to fill out and sign the bottom form and attach 20$ for procesing fees. As i knew it i sent them about $300 then notice that the money that i suppose to have won either went up or down, so thats when i notice that i have been ripoff. And till today there still sending me letters saying i have a deid line or my check will go to someone else. But i have stopped sending money to them last month and they said my due date was 7/16 and today they sent another saying i have 7 days to return info along with 20$ thats how i know ther ripoffs.
