Incompetent, bungling idiots. Stupid beyond description

You may not be familiar with uDEED but if you use LegalZoom you may find yourself trying to deal with a shitstorm of screwups, and stupidity.

I recently had LegalZoom form a trust/living will and put my house in the trust. LegalZoom did their part, but subcontracts uDEED to file the deed. This is where the problems start. It is just a nonstop endless stream of delays foulups, misinformation, lack of communication between staff members, lost documents, more delay, and they don't care. They are a couple thousand miles away and they know there's little you can do onces you are in the spider's web. The lack of concern is very frustrating.

There probably aren't many other complaints here about uDEED because most people will blame LegalZoom. And in a way they are at fault. They chose to sub out the work, but ultimately they are responsible.

I suggest that if you are going to have any legal services done for you, whether by LegalZoom or anyone else, that you ask if they are subcontracting anything to uDEED If so, run away like your a* was on fire.
