Roberto & Associates
Michael woods, john reed, james andrews, mr. Adams do not use roberto & associates they are scam they will keep your money when they collect it

I contacted Roberto & Associates June 1 via there website I submitted a account for the to collect, I received a phone call on June 5 that they received the money from the debtor via check by phone I assumed that i would receive my money with 2 weeks I then called Roberto & Associates back and they informed me that I would have to wait until Aug 1 for my money to be released well its Aug 3 and I called them back and asked if my money was released and they informed me that I would have to wait until Sept 1 for my money to be released, I talked to the Sorry Supervisor MR. ADAMS and he was very angry telling me that is was there company policy to hold money collected for 90 days and he could hold it longer or 120 days if he wanted to. I then did research on Roberto & Associates and found numerous complaints against them, so I made another call to Roberto & Associates and asked for a copy of there company policy and was told that they would not send me a copy of it I was talking to James Andrews, Mr. Andrews told me again it would be Sept 1 since they received the money by check by phone, I assured them that they only had 30 days to release my money and told them about all the complaints and he told me to research Microsoft that they to had numerous complaints and that the complaints does not do anything to them and that I would just have to wait until Sept 1 for my money
