Pay but expect nothing in return

We have a service contract with this fraudulent company, which is suppossed to service our major household systems, including our air conditioning. Good luck.

Monday night, our main AC unit died. We called the company on Tuesday morning, and sure enough we had a service company at the house within hours. His determination was that the compressor needs replacement and would notify the company. We would here back when the replacement was authorized.

We called Wednesday, and were informed their is a 24-48 hour processing time on all claims. I promplty informed them that we are in Florida, it is July, there is a 79 year old woman residing in this house, in addition to a 15 year old geriatric dog. Nothing happened on Wednesday, we called on Thursday, were told our claim would be put on high priority, still nothing. Called again Friday morning, to get the same story, until I demanded to speak to a supervisor.

This person did expedite things, and did get the service authorized. However, I was informed it will be a minimum of 2-3 business days before the work is done. Meaning it will be Wednesday at the earliest. Remember, this is in Florida, in July with a 79 year old living in the house. This company is endagering her life. We were also hit with $530.00 in additional expenses that we are being held responsible for.

The house in unbearable, unless you are directly under a fan. It smells from not having the air working in 95 degree heat. We cannot cook at home because of the intolerable heat and we don't want to add to it.
