Motor Cargo Freight Cheated out of fair compensation for workmans compensation claim

I was injured and when I tried to file a claim with a state of nevada private insurance carrier, mary beth was out to lunch all day, could not even find someone to talk to. Since when does the company decide a state industrial claim?
