Bad service

I bought to Bead Stlye Magazine and also the support continues to be inadequate, my publications are overdue or don't get to all. Bead Design is just a journal that I'd not observed in the shops also it appeared really fascinating on the web, however it includes a big proportion of advertizing. The journal has become avaialable in shops significantly sooner than I get my backup. Kalmbach must consider the submission centre for Bead Design and make a move to create it more efficient. I question if additional customers are experiencing exactly the same issues, I'd have an interest to know. Kalmbach isn't obtaining a happy-face from me.
