Walmart are theives

My husband and i bought a walmart money card and only put 100.00 on it for emergencies. We had only spent about 50.00 of it including the monthly fee of 3.00. I went to the store to make a purchase and it was declined. I checked online when i got home and it said the same amount i had spent was about 50.00. Okay, then where is the other 50.00. I tried to call the 800 number on the back but noone could assist me. I have discovered online that i am not the only one that has been ripped off. I read several articles. This isn't the first time i have been ripped off by walmart. I bought a computer and only had it 3 weeks. I started having trouble with it getting so hot that you could not touch it. We called the main corporation of walmart and told them. When they called me back 2 weeks later, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. So lets add, that is about 500.00 walmart stole from me. If i stole from walmart i would be put in jail for shoplifting. But i guess they can steal and get away with it. Theives.
