Money Card Balance Missing About Fifty Dollars and Overheating Computer

My husband and I bought a Walmart money card and only put 100.00 on it for emergencies. We had only spent about 50.00 of it including the monthly fee of 3.00. I went to the store to make a purchase and it was declined. I checked online when I got home and it said the same amount I had spent was about 50.00. Okay, then where is the other 50.00. I tried to call the 800 number on the back but no one could assist me. I have discovered online that I am not the only one that has been ripped off. I read several articles. This isn't the first time I have been ripped off by Walmart. I bought a computer and only had it 3 weeks. I started having trouble with it getting so hot that you could not touch it. We called the main corporation of Walmart and told them. When they called me back 2 weeks later, they said that there was nothing they could do about it. So let's add, that is about 500.00 Walmart stole from me. If I stole from Walmart I would be put in jail for shoplifting. But I guess they can steal and get away with it. Thieves.
