Jeffery Crolene - Pool Success Aka Pool "SUCK" Cess Henderson Justice Court Chief Judge Rodney T Burr finds Jeffery Crolene Guilty for a second time

After being ordered to pay his latest victim (a Doctor) an unspecified amount in damages for Breach of Contract Jeffery Crolene filled an appeal. Through Jeffery tried his best to con Chief Judge Rodney T Burr of the Henderson Justice Court to see things Jeffery's way the Judge refused citing a yet 2nd Judgment a for the Plaintiff (victim).

Jeffery was caught in numerous lies by the Judge including suggesting he was not hired for Due Diligence purposes but rather for a consulting role. The victim was able to produce an Agreement written by Jeffery's own hand that clearly showed Jeffery was once again lying. Jeffery was in fact hired to conduct Due Diligence services however, when the victim learned of Jeffery poor reputation the victim fired Jeffery before any Due Diligence had occurred. When the victim asked for his money back Jeffery refused.

Despite the Judgments against Jeffery and his wife this dead beat still has NOT paid his debt. Jeffery has stolen thousands of dollars from his latest victim and we are filing a Debtors Exam in the near future according to counsel. This will prove eactly how successful Mr. Pool Success is.
