Com They keep taking money from my debit card after I have told them not to for several months

I had requested a free CD but used a debit card to pay the shipping cost of $2.99. After that I canceled because I had not used the product. I contact them each month and tell them to cancel. They still continue to take $39.95 from my card each month. I would like to get my money back. I recently had a knee surgery and am unable to work. I cannot afford to have any money taken from me.
