Doesn't stand behind warranty

We delivered our kids broken bat DeMarini under their guarantee. Fourteen days later we obtain the bat back having a notice informing us the bat was harm not because of action. Our boy struck an out the playground basketball. Our boy stated that his bat thought amusing at his next up-to bat. Once the bat was delivered it stated that should you disagreed to make contact with Kim Seigal by email. I e mailed her immediately. She e mailed me and stated that her engineer stated a football couldn't create that harm. She also stated that a leather basketball or composite football isn't actually effective at evoking the wrinkle. However their guarantee includes basketball effect denting. DeMarini wasn't in the game. We spend countless bucks for these bats and he didn't misuse it or do something apart from play football, exercise, classes and striking within our cage. (NO device) Our boy is just a recognition student-athlete and it is really upset that DeMarini believes he is just a liar. These football kids at his era senior school know how much cash is in-put to their gear. (gloves, bats, ect.) DeMarini has dropped our religion and we shall not be buying anymore items from their website. We'd purchased several bats troughout our children club groups and today university however they have dropped our confidence.
