JT Architect "RIPPER" HIRES YOU, USES YOU, ABUSES YOU and then JUST doesn't pay

Jt Architects of Fort Lauderdale is a RIPPER. Jame Trunzo the owner has a reputation of hiring subs, uses them, abuses them and just doesn't pay.

Sub-consultants and sub-contractors alike have fallen victim to this "RIPPERS" evil plan. The BBB and Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation have him and his firm on file.

As a licensed architect he is bound by various Code of Ethic rules as set by the American Institute of Architects (AIA). Apparently these rules do not apply to him.

His plan is simple... Hire you by contract, use all your means and methods to satisfy contracts he has written, collect the cash from his clients and then pay you a small portion of what you agreed to. He uses excuses like 'My client wasn't happy" or " My client didn't pay me so I am not paying you". ALL LIES.

In my case I was hired to do a variety of tasks as a salary employee/consultant. One task was to market and develop new business. After 2 months of several leads and proposals being sent I was told he would not pay me because the contracts were not signed and accepted.in this economy it takes clients time to make decisions. Sometime months... Not days.

I sit with this RIPPER owing me in excess of $ 9000.00. I have spoken with other Subs who have suffered the same fate. Pennies on the dollar is what he offers. As a small business consultant most of us have to take what he offers. It's just not right. It borders on fraud and it is criminal that any business is allowed to operate under these parameters.

This man is involved in several law suits... I wonder why? The problem lies in the fact he has the financial resources to stone wall you as a small business or contractor.

Time to fight back in any way possible!
