Ex-employee assaulted by customer, CEO took ZERO action, not even an email back

I'm an ex-employee of CSC. I was assaulted inside the salon by a customer.By assaulted I mean hit and verbally abused. The customer had a HORRIBLE reputation amongst employees, but I still gave her the benefit of the doubt by treating her nicely. I reported the incident to corporate and sent and email to Mike Blore directly.

No action was ever taken and I NEVER received and email back. I have to say that they treat their employees HORRIBLY, expect miracles and pay next to nothing. Luckily I was only working there for the free tanning and to stay busy. Have the Blores ever heard of "YOU CAN'T GET SOMETHING FOR NOTHING?". Well, luckily for them little high school girls have a desire to get free tanning and a $100 paycheck every 2 weeks.

I also must say that their contracts are BS. They don't tell you that they will keep charging you even beyond your commitment and in order to cancel they REQUIRE you to send a letter to the corporate office 30 days before you want it canceled. And it's not even guaranteed then. They somehow seem to lose those letters. Maybe it's because they want to keep charging people who mistakenly believe that their accounts have been canceled. Whoops!
