I obtained a letter from: socal agreement middle, po box 19007, san bernardino, california 92423-9007, declaring the next:

Your original claim form for the week (s) closing 01-31-09 was incomplete or wrong. The duplicate form was also partial or wrong. Please contact 1 800-300-5616 instantly. But no later than 02-23-09 before funds can proceed. If you should be not claiming benefits for this era, you might reopen your claim to carry on advantages.

There is no copy of the doc (s) i posted through the mail exhibiting the alleged problems, or are there any specific details as what these supposed problems were.

I've been trying for 2 weeks to create contact via the phone numbers supplied by edd. After i eventually did cope with, i had been told that i had been talking to the disability insurance department. The woman i talked for the firsttime offered me the amount i'd been using. After i attempted it again, i acquired the same outcomes. So there might be a glitch in your phone changing system. I really believe that is probably a pc mistake. Thats why i'm composing, to help you be familiar with this issue.
