Rude & unprofessional

The corporation is really rude & unprofessional. Client currently settled entirely & they mistakenly involved the little delivery charge that the client is prepared to spend following the item came. They dont appologize for his or her incorrect process & about the other-hand being rude to clientis problem even though customer has already been prepared to spend entirely & dismiss their unprofessional process & mail disappointment. They simply RUDEly ignore the client with no justification!
