I bought an Asrock 775Twins 800-Pro DDR2 MB and within 1 week of ownership the video on this MB went out I emailed Asrock to get a Replacement and they acted like it was not their responsibility to replace this MB so i contacted the Seller who told me Asrock has to be the ones to replace this product since the warranty was thru them.

I bought this as a retail MB it was missing the I/O backplate the drivers CD and the Cables The retail box was sealed with an Asrock Seal so no one tampered with it Asrock said If i wanted the missing parts i would have to pay for them to get em and i already dropped $90 for this MB why should i pay for what was supposed to come with it?

The Seller of the MB Ascendtech.Us took 3 weeks to ship this MB then sent me to Asrock to get the biggest Lie On the Planet about how asrock does not rplace what they manufactured and they refused to work with me to get the board working dont buy from asrock unless you want to be lied to and insulted.
