Email & Online Storage FRAUDULENT BILLING through OAN Services and Local Phone

Triplethree Inc. Has been billing me 9.97 from through my local phone company for "EMAIL & ONLINE STORAGE"

I never signed up for this!

When my wife finally noticed this charge on our local phone bill, she called and they said that I signed up for it a few months ago. I called and they said they had an "email confirmation of terms and conditions" approved by MY email. I looked through all my archived emails because I was 100% certain for never having signed up for this. I did not find ANY order notice from them anywhere. I called them back and they told me the person who signed up verified by email and birth date that they were me. But the birth date they said was like in 1984 and I was born in the 60's. When I told them this, they said they would credit my account and I would not be billed for future.

Well, today we got our July bill. They billed me again. They bill through AT&T using OAN services. Our local AT&T person told us that there is nothing they can do to prevent this and I have to take it up with OAN and Triplethree Inc directly!

I went to www.triplethreeinc.com to see what this was all about and they have a simple online FORM that ANYONE can sign up and just put in someone's email address and home # and the billing starts!!! HOW CAN THIS BE LEGAL?!?!? WHAT CAN I DO TO STOP THIS!!!

I do not know what to do. They just keep billing me and I have no way to stop it! I am being taken advantage of and I don't know what to do! Is there a class action suit somewhere? They owe me like 70 dollars now and it keeps going up each month!!!
