Phone service that is not - MLM Fraud - took money - no service, no contact, SCAM

I was sold a phone service. I was told I could transfer my existing number. After signup, I figured I would receive info about how to configure the device and how to log in and manage it. It has been almost a month, I have not received any communication from the company. I finally tracked down a number and I got the standard, we do not refund the money, it was all someone else's responsibility to handle the setup.

They can now provide me with service and a number but I need to pay extra and place a new order if I want to transfer my number over.

Complete scam - while I hate to do it - I have to initiate a chargeback for no service.
