Head-2-TO Sportswear, H2T Ripped Off a Non-Profit Youth Organiztion for Disadvantage Kids

Placed an order for basketball uniforms in March. Sent $4K money order as requested and was promised that the order would be delivered the week of April 20th. We did not receive order, left several message before receiving a call back. This lead to a series of lies such as 1) embroidery machine broke down and has caused uniforms to be delayed for two weeks uniforms will be around May 7th; did not receive then was told that salesperson had family emergency; next they acquired another company and he was away then he promised May 15th. A woman Latonya who was suppose to be his boss then calls and states order will be delivered between May 15th & 31st. Around the 22nd they stated that the uniforms were in the warehouse; on the 31st she stated that they were in customs and had been there for over a week. Latonya stated that and she was sending someone down to get them and ship them out, if not Friday then on Monday and she would call back on Friday to let me know.

Again, I did not receive a call from her and no one ever picks up the office phone or returns emails to any of their listed email addresses. She gave me a cell phone number and no return calls from that number which I have left multiple messages on (714) 743-3922 and have not received any returned calls.

I did get a business reference from another basketball organization, the Hilltoppers which had placed a large order. They tried to intervene and I was forwarded an email which is attached. Basically someone from the company is stating that our uniforms will be delivered by Jun 13-14th. That is the day that we were playing in the Hilltoppers tournament. We'll needless to say our season is basically over. Our kids and parents are upset and demanding to have their monies refunded. Our reputation has been ruined. We have over 20 of the 43 kids requesting their money back. We have a sponsor that is upset with us because they paid for 10 of uniforms and we were suppose to take a picture of the uniforms with their name on it and month after month, I keep telling them that we have not received the uniforms.

On July 1st received a voicemail from Latonya stating that the order was held up in customs because of a licensing problem with Nike and that our Salesperson is no longer with the company. She stated that they have decided to refund our money but that was all they would do. As of July 22nd we still have not received a refund, uniforms or a returned phone call. The salepersons contact number still has his voicemail. This company is the bottom of the barrel and should be put out of business.
