Fountain Jordan Sheprard Funeral Home Forged a singnature, Stole human remains, Intentionally Emotional abuse

My father died last sunday. My mother is mentally ill and she left his body decomposing intil tuesday nite. She told my older sister to get my dad a proper funeral. The next day my mom told her sister, my aunt, to also handle it. My sister was at 1 funeral home getting everything ready but my aunt was at another funeral home in the process of getting my dad cremated because she had my father's remains tooken without his childrens' consent. She forged my mom's singnature and she didn't legally have power of attonery over my mom. My sister is in the process now of getting power of attonerty over my mom. My mom is now in the mental ward for allowing my dad's remain to decompose. The funeral director said if we can show proof that my mom was mentally ill then he would give us our dad back. We came with documents that my mom was sick. He then changed his story and said he was not giving up the body until he got a lawyer. I had a recording tape the whole time, he said that he already knew my mom was sick because she let my dad decompose for 2 days. Since he is only thinking about money, he doesn't care about what's right and wrong. He did't allow us to see our dad and its been 10 days. My father had insurance, my mother's sister took it out of my father's home and planned to split my dad's money with other people. I called the state of IL. And they said that funeral home doesn't legally have a license and they also told me to file a complaint and get a lawyer. I called over 40 laywers and no one helped me. They say my aunt was supposed to forge my mom's singnature but she was'nt power of attonery over my mom which is illegal.
