Google Payday/power Seller
Took my money without giving me anything, then promising a refund and not following through

Money was deducted from my bank account, without my ok. First google took $1.97 and gave me nothing, and then a company of theirs, power seller, took more money and i have no idea why.
Their phone number was fake, but i got someone at google to tell me another phone number, and i got ahold of them, and they said i ordered something i didn't!
They promised to refund my money and that was a month ago and gee, no money returned!
