They didn't pay my company

This company hired my company to act as a call center for there data collection services. We hired some people and rented additional space in our building. From the get go we were promised payment time and time again, we were given phony Fed-Ex numbers to use for tracking etc. That is when we could get Mr. Lombardi on the phone at all. After weeks of trying to collect from this deadbeat we suspended services and had to take a loss to pay our employees when Pro-act would not pay.

Months later we find the company has completely vanished from sight and still owes us and who knows how many other people out there.
