ISS-Riomar is a joint venture between Riomar and Inchcape Shipping Services.
Upon termination of employment, company refused to re-imburse employee for vacation not taken in accordance with written company policy.
Company refused to reply when confronted with the content of the employee manual outlining the company's procedures and referred to unwritten revision to company policy.
As partners in the joint venture, Riomar and Inchcape refused to intervene.
