Woke up one morning to check my credit card balance, and found a 79.95 charge from cic* credit monitor svc, that i did not authorize.

I immediately called my credit card company, who advised me to call cic and demand a credit on my credit card.

It is 2 days later, and it has not been rectified.

I threatened them with the better business bureau, and legal action.

This is sunday, so i cant do any of this.

But, tomorrow morning i will be on the phone with the better business bureau, as well as my lawyer.
