Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

I recieved my debit card statement and had an unauthorized $79.95 charge. I called the number and talk to a representative. I told him that I did sign up for the FREE credit report, but check "NO THANKS" for the credit monitoring fee. He verified some information and told me that my subscription had been cancelled and I will recieve a complete refund in 7-10days. We'll see what happens.
