Incomplete work, paid in full WEEKS ago

Jake Justice with Justice Builders was quick to give an estimate, quick to accept payment, but S-L-O-W to complete work. He would not show up for scheduled appointments, come up with MANY excuses, then proceed to not show up again and again and again and again. MONTHS later, he still has unfinished work that he was paid in full for. He avoids phone calls, doesn't respond to texts, and does not stand by his word. I definitely DO NOT recommend Justice Builders. On the positive side, Servicemagic.com (the site that I found him through) has been overly helpful trying to contact him and resolve this issue.
