2 years unauthorized charge for Vistaprint Rewards Billed to Church Clergy

I recently discovered that a monthly charge on my credit card was for a subscription to Vista print rewards. The enrollment for this program appears to be a coupon for $10.00 of your order. I never enroll in these programs. I canceled my subscription and was told I would receive a one month refund of 17.95. I believe these charges have been occurring for approximately 2 years. The original print orders were for a church where I am the priest. The bills were being payed by another party who did not recognize the fraud. I believe that over $400.00 of charges have been paid for this useless and fraudulent product.

I should have paid more attention, but I believed that the ambiguous charge on my statement was for another legitimate service. Beware this horrible practice...
