This HUGE company with all of their many resources cannot manage a simple $3 a day prepaid phone cell account. I am/was being charged for ringtone charges and for phone information requesting telephone numbers.
I purchased a phone from this company for a $3 dollar a day charge for when she used it. When I made this purchase of a $29.99 phone, I told the agent that my only use for this phone was for making very few phone calls in situations where I couldn't use my other cell. But because these phone people are apparently commissioned agents, they/he decided to add some features I did not request. Even if these features are standard on this particulat go phone account, I did not use them anyway. Over a period of 2 weeks with this phone in my suitcase, I was charged multiple times for services never used on a phone that was sitting in dark silence.
This happened several times with A T & T and I had to call to find out why my account balance was so low. Now I am tired of having to waste my time with this and am switching to another prepaid phone with minutes rather than dollars.
My advice on this is if you choose A T & T, you should monitor your account every week for your balance!!!
